Lina & Sofia The most wonderful time of the year is just around the corner, meaning it is time to find all kinds of presents for our loved ones. This act can be exhausting for some and wonderful for others but one thing is certain: We all want to find the perfect gifts and see their faces shine. However there are always some people for whom we just can’t figure out the perfect present. For exactly this reason we put together this christmas gift guide to hopefully spark some ideas.

1. Books: Yes, this is a basic one but some people do still really enjoy a good read. Inquire what kind of books a person likes and go to your local book store or a website to explore. Get advise from sales(wo)men or online reviews if you are not sure about genres and quality.
2. Liquor: Now this is obvioulsy only for the adults and we are not only talking about basic liquor! There are shops where you can taste different ones, pick a nice bottle and let them be filled with the liquor of your choice that you think the person you want to gift it to will enjoy. I’ve been giving my dad this for christmas for years and he loves it every time.
3. Limited Bath or Beauty Products: This might seem boring but there are a lot of Christmas themed bath bombs out there and they are not cheap. So if you got a bath lover in your family, they will know to appreciate a fancy themed bath bomb or other beauty products. A lot of beauty brands also release limited nail polishes, eyeshadow paletted and more, this could also make a cool and affordable present.

4. Art Supplies: If you have a little artist in your family, this will definitely be appreciated. Art supplies are not cheap and even a good pretty brush pen can make an artist truly happy. What art style do they do? Arcylic, line art, aquarell? You will find nice articles for all of them!

5. Candles: Christmas scented candles are just what you need to get anyone in the christmas spirit. PLUS they fill any room with a lovely smell and cozy feeling!

6. Fluffy Socks: Christmas time means cozy time and what is more cozy than a good pair of fluffy socks?
7. Blanket with Sleeves or Blanket Hoodie: These things are the definition of cozy and will keep you warm and cuddly all day long and all year long if that is something you want! They also make a great gift.
8. Bluetooth Speaker: Most people already have one of these, but if not or if theirs is a little older you can get a new one. There are a lot good quality ones out there and some with special gadgets.

9. Christmas Tree Ornament: Again, these things are not cheap, so even one pretty or funny can be a cool gift and be the highlight of your families christmas tree.
10. cool Cup/Mug: I am not talking about a boring basic coffee cup, I am talking about themed and beautiful mugs! There a are a lot out there and one of them will be your cup of tea! If you like Pokémon, Marvel, Harry Potter, minimal or extra christmasy cups, there are not boring cups for almost every theme and therefore everyone.
11. Jewelry: Another classic one but always on trend. Now this might be mainly for women but I don’t want to set that! If someone, for whom you are searching a present, is always wearing jewelry they will appreciate a nice and good-quality piece of jewelry! However, don’t buy the next cheap fashion jewelry piece you can find!
12. Color by Numbers: These are not just for kids!
13. Advent Calender: Make it yourself! Get 24 small gifts and let that add up to a cool christmas present. It has to be ready and gifted on the first of december of course, so that is not last minute!
14. Giftcard for an activity: Some say the best present is time together and the best way to give that to someone is to give them a giftcard with a fun activity you can do together. Cooking Class, Theater/Concert/Movie Tickets or maybe even Bungee Jumping. There are online services providing you with gift cards for all kinds of adventures, you just gotto browse and pick (This might be a bit more expensive).
Personalize basic ideas
The best gifts are of course the ones that are personal so we want to provide you with things that you can personalize and especially want you think about what someone might enjoy in the category we are suggesting to you. For example, do not just buy any book, find out what genre the person enjoys most or which author and go from there. Also think of things that someone would not usually buy for themselves because it might be too expensive for them to get it only for themselves.
