Do you ever crave those gooey, rich chocolate brownies, with a nice crust and some extra chocolate chips on top? Well then you have come to the right place! We got just the recipe for you: delicious, quick and easy!
Ingredients
- 100g (1/2 cup, 4oz.) Butter, softened
- 75g (1/3 cup, 2,53oz.) brown sugar
- 75g (1/3 cup, 2,37oz.) white sugar
- 150g (1 cup, 6oz.) dark chocolate
- 2 tbsp. cocao powder (not sweetened)
- 30g (=1/4 cup, 1,13oz.) flour
- 3 eggs
- 100g (2/3 cups, 4oz.) chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 165°C.
- Chop up the chocolate into smaller chunks and melt them over a waterbath until fully melted. Stir occasionally.
- While the chocolate is cooling a little, mix together the butter and sugars with a hand mixer. When it is fluffy and light in color add in the melted chocolate and mix until incorporated.
- Add the eggs one by one and continue mixing with the hand mixer.
- Mix flour and cocao powder together and add to the dough in portions. Mix until just incorporated.
- Fill the dough into a glass baking dish evenly. Sprinkle the chocolate chips on top and bake until the top is dry (about 20min.). Do not let them bake for too long or you will loose the gooey center.
- Let them cool a little and cut them up into squares or just them right out of the dish. Enjoy!
